Q. Will you assist me with finding any type of work I am suited too or just the position I have applied for?
A. Once registered with us, we will continue to liaise with you regarding any other appropriate employment for you.

Q. Do you advertise and recruit to build your candidate pool for positions that don't currently exist?
A. No, the majority of our positions are on-going and we recruit for actual positions with an accurate and detailed job description.

Q. How can I join Support Staff and are my qualifications suitable?
A. Contact one of our experienced recruiters and they will help you with career advice and discuss your options.

Q. Can I stay in the job I am in and work extra shifts with Support Staff?
A. Yes, we are happy to help you earn extra income and to find the shifts you want, where you want them.

Q. Can I have time off?
A. You can have time off whenever you want. You don't need to get permission or approval from us.



Payroll

Q. When will I be paid?
A. You will be paid weekly with payment going in to your account on Thursday. Pay week is from Monday - Sunday

Nursing & Aged Care

Q. What type of staff does Support Staff Provide?
A. We have a range of staff from Personal Care Workers, EN and RN's to trainees and the hospitality/industrial division. Depending on the requirement, we
recruit to fulfill the requirements for our clients.

Q. Where do you place the Aged Care Staff?
A. Currently we work with the Aged Care Residential homes across Adelaide.



International
Q. Will I receive my 20hrs per week?
A. We undertake to offer our International students 20hrs work per week

Q. Where will I work?
A. You will be offered work in various Aged Care Facilities around the Metropolitan area
